Acclaimed storyteller Libby Franck, of Framingham MA, visits the Corner House Inn’s Storytelling Dinner Program on Thursday,
May 2nd. A favorite at the Corner House in recent years, Libby has performed widely throughout New England at venues such as Boston First Night, New England Folk Festival, Three Apples Storytelling Festival, public libraries, folk clubs, senior centers and historical societies.
Libby is an active member of the storytelling community, having written and edited articles for the League for the Advancement of New England Storytelling (LANES) newsletter and served on its Board of Directors. For many years she produced a TV show “Tales from Cricket Corner” on Natick Cable featuring storytelling. This program won a Massachusetts Community Television Award in 1994 and 1995. She was also the hostess of the bimonthly program “The OutSpoken Word” in Metrowest.
